Maintains existing sales accounts and assists the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.
Maximizes effort in developing new accounts and target markets in assigned sales areas through product presentations, client meetings, and networking.
Ensures customer satisfaction by building strong relationships, providing excellent service, and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
Develops and sustains business in key accounts and strategic markets.
Collaborates with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales strategies and achieve shared objectives.
Reviews and analyzes sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Monitors the flow of sales operations from order placement to delivery and payment.
Takes charge of the collection of receivables and ensures timely processing of sales invoices and receipts.
Responsible for accurate sales reporting and forecasting.
Adheres to the company's established Quality Management Systems and policies.
Actively participates in company initiatives and projects.
Strictly complies with company policies, systems, procedures, work rules, and regulations.
Ensures that all operating standards are adhered to at all times.
Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
Job Requirement:
Must possess a valid license as a Civil Engineer.
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in a sales-focused role is required.
