Join our Global Procurement Team as a Procurement Tools, Systems & Processes Trainee from June/July 2024.

The 16-months traineeship program focuses on digitalization processes, knowledge management, data analysis and procurement financial control.

This unique opportunity not only promises exposure to our commercial procurement teams but also includes cross-functional rotation phases in key departments such as Finance, IT and Business Intelligence Teams. The core trainee program is followed by a 3-month period abroad.

As part of your growth and learning, you will actively engage in initiatives to refine procurement processes and implement innovative tools and solutions, driving the digital transformation of procurement at Sika.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Higher education (Bachelor or Master) degree in Industrial/Chemical Engineering, IT, Data Science or related fields
  • Analytical skills and high affinity to data analysis and visualization
  • Experience with tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or similar
  • Process-driven and continuous improvement mindset
  • Capable of independent collaboration with other functions and divisions
  • High proactiveness, flexibility and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English. German or Spanish is a plus
  • Based in Europe with readiness to travel
