Broad Function and Purpose of Position:
The HR & Benefits Coordinator plays a key role in supporting employees and ensuring the smooth administration of company benefit programs. This position manages a wide range of HR generalist duties with a focus on benefits, leaves of absence, compliance, and employee engagement. Supporting a workforce of approximately 3,000 employees across multiple states, this role partners closely with Payroll, HR colleagues, and employees at all levels.
We are seeking an individual with strong benefits knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
