  • Maintaining secrecy, safeguarding confidential information & complying with Sika policies
  • Developing formulation with Black Box for Toll Manufacturing locations .
  • Working Closely with retail team & Target Market for product development .

Your expertise - Our strength

  • BSc/Msc degree in Chemistry/ B.E in Chemical engineering or Material Science

Minimum of 10 years of experience in product development in Chemical Manufacturing Company for Cementitious products such as- grouts, mortars, powder additives, tile adhesives, tile grouts, bedding mortars, wall finish, plaster products, self-levelling screeds and industrial floor hardeners.

Candidate must have good knowledge of cement chemistry, supplementary cementitious materials, and various additives used in cementitious products.

Candidate must be familiar with the relevant IS, EN and ASTM testing methods and standards for raw materials and finished product. Knowledge on other construction chemicals products is not mandatory but will be of added advantage (admixtures, coatings, adhesives).
