The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Sika’s products and services in the Qatari market. This role involves market research, campaign management, content creation, and collaboration with sales teams to drive brand awareness and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to support business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Create and manage content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and print materials.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted marketing efforts and support sales objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Available in Qatar with valid resident permit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the construction or chemicals industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
