  • Provide support and technical security consultancy to corporate and local IT teams as well as to operational technology teams across Sika in the analysis, design and implementation of OT projects and OT security architecture
  • Propose innovative solutions to ensure OT security and implement efficient and effective technical and organizational controls
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT professionals to plan and implement OT security strategy and tactical plans
  • Ensure and support that Group OT directives and guidelines are created, maintain up to date, regularly reviewed from a technical angle and communicated to the IT and OT community
  • Support in building an automated KPI’s and KRI’s reporting showing the gap between OT security directives and the actual implementation

Your expertise - Our strength

  • A minimum of three (3) years “hands on” experience assessing, designing, and implementing ICS/OT architectures and relevant OT security controls
  • Strong understanding of OT network communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, CIP, Modbus, OPC, etc.) and industrial networking topologies (e.g., ring, star, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks for ICS/OT environments (ISA-99/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, CIS, MITRE ATT@CK for ICS) and adapt them to Sika needs
  • Ability to handle and influence OT strategy, concepts, various technologies, architecture diagrams and translate into actionable items. Follow up on execution steps, risks, and exceptions
  • Demonstrated technical skills to analyze, design, and deploy OT security controls
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good advisory skills and can communicate technical concepts and assessment results verbally and in written reports in simple terms;
  • Able to adapt to changing environments and work processes
  •  Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or similar), Computer Science, or similar scientific / technical field
  • Ability to work independently and manage the capacity
  • Solution-oriented personality with sound analytical and conceptual skills
  • Flexible, able to adapt to new contexts and to certain shifting priorities
  • Enjoying continuous learning and development
  • Very good communication, presentation and consulting skills
  • Advanced in English, German a benefit
  • Practical security experience within industrial networks and industrial devices like PLC, DCS, Safety systems, and SCADA are a benefit
  • Certifications like ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity or GIAC certifications (GICSP, GRID, Critical Infrastructure Protection) are a benefit

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Corporate Security Consultant OT who will provide Security Expertise and Guidance over a series of Digital & OT Security Projects and initiatives across the company globally. You will be working in Zürich in the Global Security team and in close collaboration with other Global and local OT and IT departments as well as other business stakeholder groups.
