In this challenging role, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly innovative environment. Together with the internal team and external partners you will perform SAP Product Compliance/EHS projects in record time.

  • Working in the role of SAP Senior Consultant Solution Architect n the Product Compliance/EHS area of Sika – i.e. Product Safety, Dangerous Goods and Global Label Management and their integration into logistic processes
  • Label Management and their integration into logistic processes
  • Design solutions supporting the Sika business teams on a global and template-oriented basis
  • Work with the actual state of the art technologies in a global, innovation oriented and dynamic team (SAP, WWI, Expert, ERC Data Content, etc. )
  • Drive innovation and application of the latest SAP features (e.g. implementation of New Product Compliance, participate in innovation workshops with SAP as part of Product Compliance solution, SVT, add-ons like PCN notification tool by Opesus, interfaces to ByD, TM, EWM, Yuuvis)
  • Working closely together with our Corporate Regulatory department and the local Product Stewards
  • Support international rollouts and acquisitions where needed with regard on PC/EHS master data management and processes and integration of PC/EHS in other processes

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Business Studies or Chemistry or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 – 5 years experience with SAP PC/EHS
  • Experience with the new Product Compliance Solution from SAP would be an advantage
  • Familiar with additional tools like WWI, Expert, OCC, Data Editor, MSDS Maker
  • Familiar with debugging and understanding ABAP code
  • Excellent communication skills with the experience of working in international and virtual teams
  • Understanding and supporting the necessity for EHS in a more and more legally regulated business environment
  • Knowledge of legal business requirements like Dangerous Goods Management, REACH, etc. would be an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
  • Proactive and structured person, who is used to drive initiatives from the beginning to the end
  • Passion to learn new things and to apply the latest SAP technologies
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques
  • Readiness to travel (20-30% travel requirements) in case needed for the projects
  • Business fluent in English both written and verbal, German is a big advantage
