Pay Range $35 -$40 per hour.

  • Manage and train maintenance mechanical staff
  • Manage mechanical projects
  • General office and manufacturing maintenance
  • Lubrication/oil changing of heavy production machinery
  • Repair/replace bearings, gearheads, belts, chains, conveyors, filters, etc.
  • Modify existing structural components to comply with safety regulations, cost saving measures as required
  • Perform all duties while maintaining high quality with everyday thoughts for Environment, Health and safety
  • Fabrication of parts for repair of existing equipment and installation of new equipment
  • Assist with management of spare parts inventory
  • Basic Vehicle Maintenance (forklifts, pickup truck, refuse truck)
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager

Your expertise - Our strength

  • High School Degree
  • 10 + years of experience industrial mechanical experience in a production environment
  • Prior forklift certification and extrusion and sheet line experience a plus
  • Familiarity with environmental, health and safety regulations
  • Must possess good mechanical aptitude and be able to analyze and troubleshoot problems
  • Knowledge of pneumatic cylinders and controls
  • Ability to use hand tools and have technical understanding
  • Knowledge of Windows based computer software 
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and components (pumps, cylinders, valves, etc.)
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, P&IDs, etc.)
  • Ability to operate lathe, milling machine, drill press, mig welder, tig welder, plasma cutter to fabricate and repair equipment
  • Ability to read/write English and capable of working without direct supervision
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • PLC Knowledge a plus CDL Class B a plus
