We are currently seeking a highly motivated Field Service Technician to join our Technical Service team in NSW.

This role requires you to provide professional, efficient, and effective services to internal and external customers in all service aspects including breakdowns, repairs, general maintenance, installation etc.

If you’ve had previous experience as a labourer, trade assist, mechanic, plumber, or electrician – WE WANT YOU!

MORE SPECIFICALLY YOU WILL

  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
  • Build positive relationships with customers

Travel within regional areas of NSW including overnight travel will be required.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Be switched on and willing to learn.
  • Be able to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Be open to overnight stay when visiting regional areas of NSW.
  • Have familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
  • Hold a current valid Driver’s Licence.
