The Maintenance Manager will lead, coach, mentor and develop team members. Specifically:

  • Discipline, conflict resolution, consistent enforcement of rules and policies, change management, and engage in effective and clear communication.
  • Ensure the use of LEAN manufacturing tools to identify waste and drive continuous improvement.

 

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Associate/Technical Degree in an industrial maintenance related field or 5 or more years related industrial maintenance experience, including controls systems.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience supervising/leading maintenance technicians
  • Ability to effectively function independently and make complicated decisions for maintenance equipment repairs.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to control confidential/sensitive information
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal communications.
  • Experience in collaborating with operations to ensure vital coordination and communication of equipment repairs.
  • High performance with proven leadership skills.
