  • Attain annual safety goals through a solid understanding of safety management as well as the ability to convey and enforce safety rules and procedures throughout the manufacturing organization.
  • In order to attain annual quality and delivery goals, this position must be familiar with the product quality demands of manufacturers.  Problem-solving, error-proofing, and mentoring skills are required.  The incumbent must have the ability to map processes and identify non-value-added activities to streamline production activities.
  • Manage the procurement of raw materials.
  • Plan and maintain production schedule.
  • Build and maintain vendor relations.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the facility by working with the landlord.
  • Demonstrated ability to team up with the engineering, maintenance, and quality functions including participating in capital planning, preventative maintenance, and problem-solving.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of continuous improvement concepts including statistical process control and lean manufacturing is also required. 
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all members of the organization including educating them on the importance of continuous improvement as a key element of manufacturing.
  • Select, train, and develop professional staff to perform at their own personal best.

Your expertise - Our strength

•Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

•Minimum of 10 years of Manufacturing Management experience.

•Experience managing production personnel

•Strong leader who manages fairly and consistently when applying rules, policies, and procedures
