Our goals - Your path

       Develop and execute a business plan and strategy for both new and existing customers         to achieve  targeted incremental revenue growth within assigned region

  • Prepare action plans for effective search for sales leads and prospects
  • Provide timely feedback to Regional Sales Director regarding sales performance
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations to new prospects and existing customers, including display materials
  • Regional travel requirements to meet with customers and prospects, which may include overnight lodging 
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • Maintain contact with customers in the assigned region to ensure a 5-Star level of customer satisfaction
  • Attend trade shows and contractor breakfasts to assist with product training through product demonstrations and presentations
  • Develop key relationships with customers and prospects through site/store visits
  • Conduct business through use of home office which may include storage of materials, use of home printers, computers and basic office supplies
  • Maintain an understanding of industry-related topics and product knowledge

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Self-motivated, independent individual
  • 3 or more years of sales experience in paint sundries industry
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficient at sales prospecting
  • Efficient at time management, negotiating and training
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills   
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving at both a strategic and functional level
  • Ability to work independently from a remote field office
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Use of logic and reasoning to identify strengths/weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
