We are looking for a Production Manager to manage our silicone manufacturing process in Korea. This position includes managing human and material resources for the silicone production process at our Anseong plant, and is responsible for safety, productivity, and personnel attendance.

- Developing capabilities for efficient operation of production team resources (personnel) and high performance creation

- Maintaining and preserving production facilities and establishing production plans

- Continuous improvement activities (CI) for efficient operation (manufacturing cost rationalization)

- Production consumables management (ordering)

- Raw material/product inventory management/monthly & yearly inventory survey

- Collaboration with other departments, especially active communication with the procurement/logistics team.

- Monthly financial closing (ERP) support

- Teamwork development and strengthening

Your expertise - Our strength

- At least 7 years of manufacturing management experience. (Multinational company experience preferred)

- English (Writing/Reading/Speaking - Business communication level)

- College/University graduate with an engineering degree(Mechanical/Electronic/Chemical).

- Proficient in business applications such as MS Office, SAP etc.

- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required.

- Leadership with mutual respect

- Flexible in business travel

- A person who is loyal and dedicated to business.
